History
Thank you for considering Hansen Property Management as the managers of your rental property. Hansen Property Management is a full property management company and has been licensed and doing management business in Georgia since 1981. HPM (Hansen Property Management) has over 25 years of experience managing residential and commercial property, including apartments, four-plexus, duplexes, town homes, condos, single-family homes and small business offices. HPM has the experience and expertise that rental property owners need to effectively lease their properties. With pre-leased ad space with AT&T, Rent-List, and Craigs List, your property can get exposure to rent quickly. We also have great experience with accurate pricing in order to rent property in a timely manner.
Area of Operation
A majority of our properties are located in Gwinnett County and the city of Roswell. Our office is located in Lawrenceville, in the center of Gwinnett County, allowing for quick response times to all our properties.
